Mark has been working in recruitment since 2004 and has an impressive career behind him, with highlights including being named 'Rookie of the Year' in his first recruitment job and in his first year of employment. He is also very proud of receiving the Team of the Year, Benelux France distinction in 2014 and 2015.
Mark subsequently served as Managing Partner at R2 Group and played a key role in the company's growth until the acquisition by Gravitas. The acquisition has given him the opportunity to further focus on management, and he enjoys supporting and guiding people.
Ambitious growth targets excite him, and he is convinced that Gravitas's infrastructure and resources will enable him to do what he does best: building profitable teams and helping his consultants develop their careers, working closely with new clients, and expanding their client portfolio.
Mark has a deep passion for recruitment and strongly believes in the principle of "fair pay for hard work." This allows you to be rewarded and build your own career path based on your performance. Outside of work, Mark enjoys going to the gym, but he prefers spending time with his young son.
